Return & Lifetime Guarantee Policy

We stand by the quality of our products. That’s why every Air-Lock product comes with a Lifetime Guarantee against manufacturing defects.

Eligible Returns:

- The product must have a verifiable manufacturing defect.
- Defects must be reported with proof of purchase and supporting evidence (photos/videos).
- The product should not be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidental breakage.

Not Covered:

- Cracks, breaks, discoloration, or wear caused by rough use or accidents.
- Products damaged during storage, washing, or handling.

Return Process:

1. Email us at support@airlock.in with your order details and evidence of the defect.
2. Our team will verify and approve eligible claims.
3. Approved returns will be either replaced or refunded, based on the product and issue.
