At Airlock, we take pride in crafting durable, high-quality kitchenware designed to serve you for years. Each product is carefully tested for safety, performance, and long life. To ensure your satisfaction, Airlock offers the following warranty coverage under normal household use:
1. Plastic Product Range - Lifetime Warranty
All Airlock plastic products are covered by a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects such as cracking, chipping, breaking, or peeling under normal domestic use.
This warranty assures replacement or repair of the defective item at Airlock's discretion.
2. Non-Stick Cookware-2 Years Warranty
Airlock non-stick cookware carries a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in material or workmanship
It covers issues such as peeling or blistering of the non-stick coating occurring under normal cooking and cleaning conditions.
3. "Trivedh" Range-7 Years Warranty
Our Trivedh range is warranted for 7 years against manufacturing defects, including rusting, pitting, or structural failure that affects normal usage.
Surface discoloration or minor scratches are not considered defects.
4. Glass Range-1 Years Warranty
Airlock glass products is warranted for 1 year against manufacturing defects or breakage caused by material faults. Cracks, chips, or shattering due to accidental impact, sudden temperature change, or improper handling are not covered under this warranty.
5. Mixed Material Products -3 Years Warranty'
Airlock products made from mixed materials (such as combinations of steel, metal, or plastic) is warranted for 3 years against manufacturing defects or bonding failures.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by overheating, exposure to direct flame, harsh cleaning agents, or separation caused by impact or misuse.
6. Knives and Kitchen Tools - 1 Year Warranty
All Airlock knives, and kitchen tools are warranted for 1 year against manufacturing or material defects.
This warranty does not include dullness from regular use, rusting due to poor maintenance, or damage caused by misuse.
7. Stainless Steel Range-3 Years Warranty
Our stainless steel range is warranted for 3 years against manufacturing defects, including rusting, pitting, or structural failure that affects normal usage.
Surface discoloration or minor scratches are not considered defects.
8. General Warranty Conditions
- Warranty applies only to products purchased from authorized Airlock distributors, dealers, or the official online store.- - A valid proof of purchase (invoice/bill) is mandatory for all warranty claims.
- - Replacement of the product will be made with an equivalent or similar item depending on stock availability.
- - The warranty period starts from the date of purchase and remains unchanged after replacement.
- - Airlock reserves the right to determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.
9. Warranty Exclusions
The Airlock warranty does not cover the following conditions or types of damage:
1. Improper Use or Handling
- Using the product for commercial or industrial purposes.
- Damage due to accidental drops, impacts, or crushing.
- Exposure to direct flame, high heat, or microwave use (for non-microwave-safe products).
2. Improper Cleaning or Maintenance
- Scratches or abrasions caused by metal scrubbers or sharp tools.
- Damage from harsh chemicals, bleaches, or detergents.
- Water stains, rust spots, or scaling caused by hard water.
3. Wear and Tear
- Fading of colors, logos, or decorative prints over time.
- Normal deterioration due to repeated use.
- Loss of shine or polish on steel surfaces.
4. Non-Stick Coating Specific Exclusions
- Peeling or chipping caused by metal utensils or overheating.
- Staining or discoloration from certain foods or oils.
5. Plastic Range Specific Exclusions
- Warping due to high temperature exposure (stovetop, oven, or flame).
- Staining or odour retention from strong spices, oil, or food colors.
- Damage from use in a dishwasher beyond the recommended temperature.
6. Modification or Unauthorized Repair
- Any alteration, repair, or modification performed by a non-authorized person
7. Packaging and Accessories
- Damage to lids, handles, gaskets, knobs, or other accessories not affecting the core functionality
8. Acts Beyond Control
Damage resulting from fire, flood, accident, or natural disasters.
10. Claim Process
To raise a warranty claim, please contact your nearest Airlock Authorized Dealer or email our customer support with:
- Proof of purchase
- Description of the defect
- Clear photographs (if applicable)
Our team will assess your claim and guide you through the replacement or service procedure
11. Limitation of Liability
The warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective products. Airlock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product failure or misuse.
